Founded by Atlanta physician Dr. Raj Pandya, Azara is the city’s first wellness-driven restaurant inspired by the world’s longest-living communities—often called “Blue Zones”—where people thrive into their 90s and beyond through nutrient-rich diets, strong social bonds, and active lifestyles.
Azara blends longevity, flavor, and community through a seasonal, chef-driven menu rooted in an Earth-to-Table philosophy—using fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients to craft food and drinks that nourish both body and soul.
